I founded Brand You in 2022 with one mission: to root for the home team. I partner exclusively with small businesses (typically with up to 50 employees) to help them find, hire, and keep the right people — without the stress, bloated agency fees, or guesswork.
From writing job descriptions to sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and supporting onboarding, I bring a people-first, process-smart approach to every hire. My clients gain back their time, reduce hiring stress, and focus on growing their business — while I focus on building their team.
In 2024, I also became an author with the release of You’re Something Else, a book about embracing your unique path — much like I help small business owners embrace theirs.
